TERMS AND CONDITIONS
BOOKING POLICY
A 50% deposit is required on all reservations at the time of booking
Balance of payment is due two weeks prior to your arrival. A receipt will be provided upon request.
If your reservation is made less than 2 weeks prior to your stay, payment will be required in full at time of booking.
PAYMENT
All payments are made via Bank Deposit / Internet transfer details supplied
on reservation confirmation
BOND
If excess cleaning is required or if it is necessary to repair any damage caused by your or your pet,
this cost will be the responsibility of the guest.
All bookings require a bond minimum $200.00 which is refunded in full less any damages.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel within 21 days to 8 weeks prior to your stay, 50% of your deposit will be refunded less a $30 administration fee.
If you cancel 14 to 21 days from the booking date your deposit will not be refunded.
If you cancel 7 to 14 days from the booking date (when full payment should have been received) 25% of the total booking fee will be returned.
If you cancel within 7 days, or do not show, no refund will be given.
HOWEVER... Please note that if you do need to cancel less than two months from your booking date, every effort will be made to find a replacement booking and, if successful, your funds will be refunded in full, less a $30 administration fee.
NON-SMOKING PROPERTY
Cowes Central and The Foreshore Retreat are a 100% non-smoking property.
This is for the comfort of our guests as well as to reduce fire risk on the property and surrounds.
Failure to comply may result in loss of bond.
DOG POLICY
Guest's dogs may have inside access to the house at the property owner's discretion.
In consideration of others they must be kept off all soft furnishings.
Dogs must not be left unattended in the house and must accompany guests when they leave the premises for outings.
Barking must be controlled at all times.
Dogs need to be cleaned up after.
If excess cleaning is required or if it is necessary to repair any damage
caused by your pet, this cost will be the responsibility of the guest
CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIMES
Check in from 2.00pm
Check out at 10.00am
Early Check-in $50.00 and Late check-out $50.00 subject to availability.
